Clockwise alternative
Looking for a Clockwise alternative?
Clockwise announced on its own site that it was going away, with the product ending on 27 March 2026. If that is why you are here, this page is honest about what MeetingOverflow is and is not.
What happened to Clockwise
Clockwise's own website states that the product ended on 27 March 2026 (consulted 2026-10-24: getclockwise.com). Other vendors have since published guides on moving off it, for example Doodle's, which gives the same date.
What MeetingOverflow is not
It is not a calendar optimiser. It does not move your meetings, protect focus time or schedule on your behalf, and it does not connect to your calendar. If you used Clockwise for automatic rescheduling, you need a scheduling tool for that.
What it does
It answers a narrower question: what do the meetings you already have cost, and which of them look like they could have been an email. A number gives you something concrete to bring when you question a recurring meeting.
- Estimates the cost of a meeting from headcount, seniority, country and length.
- Gives a could-have-been-an-email score from the invite itself.
- Free to calculate, no account, and the meeting details are not written to any database.
