The short version: we don't store your meetings. Meeting titles, agendas, attendees and durations are processed in memory to compute a result, then discarded. We keep an anonymous running tally of how many meetings have been calculated — with no content attached to it.
What we process but do not store
The meeting details you enter (title, agenda, duration, attendee count, seniority, market) are sent to our server, used to compute the cost and the could-it-be-an-email score, and then dropped. They are never written to a database. Your meeting result lives only in your own browser's session storage so the page can remember it — clearing your browser clears it.
What we do store
- Anonymous counters — total meetings calculated, total cost computed, and how many were rated "could've been an email." No content, no identifiers.
- Waitlist email — only if you submit one. Used to tell you when calendar sync launches. You can ask us to delete it any time.
- Purchase records — if you unlock the full breakdown, we store the Stripe payment session id to recognise the purchase. We never see your card details.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (
mo_unlock) to remember that you unlocked the full breakdown. No advertising or tracking cookies.Processors we rely on
- Upstash — anonymous counters + waitlist storage.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates the written verdict from the meeting facts you submit; not used to train models on your input.
- Stripe — payment processing for unlocks.
- Resend — sends the waitlist email.
- Vercel — hosting.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you can request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, that's a waitlist email or a purchase record). Email us and we'll handle it.
